Work @ Quantum Rings

2026 Internships

We are offering three exciting internships for passionate and motivated individuals to contribute to our mission, with the unique opportunity for low-hour work mid-semester, expanding into full or part-time internships for the summer, with the opportunity for full-time employment after graduation

Benefits Across All Positions

  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge quantum technologies.

  • Collaboration with leading experts in quantum computing.

  • Full-time summer internships.

  • Opportunity for full-time employment upon graduation.

  • Quantum Computing & Quantum Chemistry Intern

Help push quantum computing beyond toy experiments and toward real, scalable applications.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of quantum chemistry, circuit design, and developer tooling—building capabilities that ship and are used by real developers. You’ll help scale quantum chemistry workflows, improve circuit design, and translate research insights into production tools and educational materials.

This role accelerates progress by turning theoretical advances into practical, usable quantum software.

  • Quantum Software Stability & Infrastructure Intern

Help accelerate quantum computing by making quantum software reliable, repeatable, and trustworthy.

In this role, you’ll focus on the foundations that allow a quantum software team to move fast: testing, automation, and build infrastructure. You’ll design quantum-aware unit and integration tests, improve CI/CD pipelines, and help ensure that complex quantum simulations and developer tools behave correctly as they scale.

This is not generic QA. Testing at Quantum Rings requires an understanding of quantum circuits and simulations, and your work will directly enable engineers and researchers to spend more time creating value—and less time fighting instability.

If you care about software quality, developer productivity, and making advanced technology dependable, this role has real impact.

  • Technical & Science Writing Intern

Help accelerate quantum computing by making complex ideas clear, accurate, and actionable.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of research, engineering, and communication—turning advanced quantum work into documentation, blogs, and content that developers and decision-makers can actually use. You’ll help explain what we’re building, why it matters, and how it fits into a rapidly evolving industry.

This role directly reduces friction in the quantum ecosystem by helping people understand powerful tools and important developments—so progress isn’t gated by confusion.
