The IonQ Forte Enterprise release just dropped on Open Quantum, adding another advanced trapped-ion system to our hardware ecosystem.

With 36 qubits, industry-leading gate fidelities, and reduced downtime, Forte Enterprise gives users reliable access to powerful quantum hardware for running complex quantum workloads.

About Forte Enterprise

Forte Enterprise is IonQ's data-center-grade trapped-ion system, built for reliable, sustained enterprise workloads.

Key hardware features include:

  • 36 qubits with all-to-all connectivity, so any qubit can interact directly with any other — no costly SWAP overhead
  • Industry-leading gate fidelities, including 99.6% two-qubit gate fidelity
  • Reduced downtime, engineered for the availability that production workloads demand

Trapped-ion architectures like Forte Enterprise offer some of the highest gate fidelities in the industry, and the all-to-all connectivity means deeper, more complex circuits can run with far fewer gates than on fixed-topology systems.
